*Management was very fair to its employees. Next is un-stacking the load and putting out new perishable product onto the sales floor and rotating the current stock as I shelf. After everything is filled I move onto the section of another co-worker and assist their work until they are finished or the floor is set. Trim and discard bad product and refill to attract customers to buy fresh product. *A typical day of work is arriving at work 7 AM and put on my apron and my PPE (personal protective equipment) and cull the wet rack. I worked very hard learning multiple departments and trying to be the best asset I can be, but still get treated like none of it matters. They won’t be around much longer, you can tell with all the cutbacks they are making(but still give bonuses to all the management for apparently “doing a good job”). There are literally a trillion better jobs than working for this obviously failing company. They will cut your hours(even if you know more than one department) but expect you to sit around by your phone to bail them out when they need extra help but can never help you out when you need the extra time. You bust your head over making sure things get done and the management are the ones who get all the bonuses. They have this high expectations and how overthink needs to be perfect(like OCD level), and when it fails, they make it your problem. Awful place to work, the company itself is ran by a entitled greedy corporate family who are so disconnected from what actually is happening in the company.
